Shipping Information

After your order is placed, it leaves our warehouse within 1-2 business days. You should receive your order within 7-10 business days. Or, you can upgrade your shipping to: 3 day select, or next day air.


Tax Information

With the exception of our local delivery state of Texas, homelevel.com’s customers are not charged sales taxes for purchases. Local customer must pay the applicable state taxes.

Return Policy
You may return many products within 14 days of your product's shipping date, certain exceptions apply and more information can be found on the product page for the item in question if there is an exclusion. After 14 days, or if you need Technical Support, Warranty information, Product Manuals or Repair Locations please contact the manufacturer directly. All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without a RMA number. Please provide the following information when calling or emailing for a RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and the nature of the problem.


All products to be returned must be sent within 14 days from the date of shipment, in BRAND NEW condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and all accessories provided by the manufacturer. A restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied depending on the type of merchandise and on the condition of the return. If however, a package is returned missing any of the manufacturers supplied accessories or there is obvious damage or visible wear and tear to the unit HomeLevel reserves the right to refuse the return... "No returns will be accepted if the manufacturer's box and/or packaging material is missing"

Shipping and Handling Charges are NOT refundable.
